I am a writer, creative consultant, and researcher with roots all over America and a passion for authentic storytelling and empowering marginalized voices.

What

I consult on and do freelance research for personal essays, narrative fiction, and reflective media of almost every genre. I write about music, trauma, mental health, and the South.
